Với tài liệu này, họ có thể chứng minh danh tính, quốc tịch và cư trú hợp pháp tại Hà Lan. Người có thẻ căn cước người nước ngoài loại O được phép làm việc tại Hà Lan. Người sử dụng lao động không cần giấy phép lao động (TWV) cho việc này. Tài liệu không phải là thẻ cư trú và không phải là giấy thông hành.
Further detailsAn alien identity card (type O) is intended for persons who have fled from Ukraine and fall under the European Temporary Protection Directive (Ukraine). With this document they can prove their identity, nationality and lawful residence in the Netherlands. Persons with an alien identity card type O are allowed to work in the Netherlands. The employer does not need a work permit (TWV) for this. The document is not a residence permit and is not a travel document.
